 The Biennial Convocation of
The Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts
in conjunction with
The United Methodist General Board of Discipleship

This event focuses on large group experiences
(worship services, concerts, and plenary sessions)
to renew and inspire more effective and inspired worship for our communities of faith.

The concurrent Preaching from the Center ^(SM) track
makes this a perfect opportunity for church staffs to attend the event together.

$260	Fellowship Members and those attending with members (Jan. 1, 2011 - June 30, 2011)
$315	Non-members (Includes one year of membership in The Fellowship.)

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Crowne Plaza Colorado Springs is the convocation hotel. Feel right at home in this newly renovated and entirely smoke-free facility with a variety of amenities including two swimming pools, fitness center, meeting rooms, a Marketplace, business service center, and complimentary local area shuttle within a 3 mile radius.

The room rate is $119.00 per room. All rates are per room, per night plus tax, for 1-4 people. This rate is available three days before and three days after the event on a space available basis, at the discretion of the hotel.
